1. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and compliance with federal and state regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or partially used over-the-counter products.
Temperature-sensitive items (such as insulin or vaccines).
Controlled substances.

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following situations:

You received the wrong product.
Your order arrived damaged or defective.
Unopened, non-prescription items returned within 14 days of purchase.

Once approved, refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Shipping & Return Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
